2. [Notice] New website for FIRA and rules updates for FIRA 2010
The new website for FIRA will be open on the 6th May 2010. It may take some time to upload all the information of past FIRA at once.
However, we will update more information as we go along. So look forward to it! Updated rules will be on the website as we open the new site.
3. [Announcement] Host City for FIRA 2011
At the Annual FIRA Executive Committee Meeting on 19th August 2009, the members have decided Dubai, UAE as the host city for FIRA RobotWorld Congress and RoboWorld Cup for 2011.
Also, deadline for the submission of proposal to host FIRA 2012 will be closed 30th May 2010. If you wish to host FIRA event in 2012, please do contract FIRA HQ. office@fira.net
4. [Result] IRO 2009 Korea
The 11th International Robot Olympiad 2009 Korea was successfully held at DCC, Daejeon, Korea from 17th to 20th December 2009.
There were 600 participants and observers from 14 countries took a part at the event.
We would like to thank all the participants, parents, teachers and the volunteers for brining successful IRO event.

5. [Announcement] Host City for IRO 2010
At the committee meeting in Korea, Gold Coast, Australia has been selected as next IRO host city for 2010.
IRO 2010 will be held from 15th to 18th December 2010. The venue will be notified soon.
