FIRA Regulations on World Ranking System (Beta test)

Qualifying Conditions:
1) Participation from +8 registered teams,
2) Joined from +3 countries,
3) Organized +3 times authorized by FIRA
Level A: meets 3 conditions (also get 3 seeds for final 32 round at the FIRA Cup)
Level B: meets 2 conditions (also get 2 seeds for final 32 round at the FIRA Cup)
Level C: meets 1 condition (also get 1 seed for final 32 round at the FIRA Cup)
* Last FIRA Cup champion team will get 1 seed for final 32.
* Hosting country will also get 1 seed for final 32.
* When there's drawing of group, higher-rankers will be put wide-spread.
* If total number of seed distributed exceeds 32, HQ can adjust the number of seed for each competition.
* In case a team cannot participate in FIRA Cup, seed cannot be transfered to other teams.
* For authorization, host should submit detailed PLAN 1 month prior to the event, and REPORT the result within 1 month after the event.
This system will be officially started after the test and evaluation at the FIRA
Executive Committee this October.
