Announcing this year's Champions!!
10th FIRA RoboWorld Cup 2005 result

As you know, 10th FIRA RoboWorld Cup was held in Orchard Hotel,
Singapore from 12th to 14th December 2005.
This year there were 83teams from 16 countries over the world,
participating in 8 categories of Robot soccer.
During the 3days of spectacular competition, audiences were amazed by the
latest humanoid robotic technology in HuroSot game. Also, the breath taking
MiroSot 11 against 11 games wiped out audiences’ mind by its unique velocity and
unreal ingenuity that wouldn’t even let the audience to blink their eyes.

Singapore and China teams showed the outstanding achievement in many games
while Europeans and Korean teams struggle a little.

Also, the 1st NUS-FIRA Junior Cup was held at UNS on the 10th of December as the
Pre-FIRA RoboWorld Cup. 18teams from elementary and middle schools in Korea and
Singapore competed this very first competition. SUMA (Korea) won the championship
in middle school category where Robo Man U (Singapore) won the elementary category.
